Thank you everyone for the kind words and support. I guess sometimes it is difficult to see the outcome but maybe I'm so focused on the furthest outcome I am not seeing the small things like 100 less calories or 10 push ups etc. I think I will defiantly track everything and work toward a mini goal of getting down to 196lbs…

You look stunning in your dress at your lowest weight. I'm sure you can get back there and just remember you aren't what you started out as - you've made progress and you can achieve more! I think stress and life get in the way a lot of the time but pushing through it is what counts.

Isn't 1200kcal the lowest a WOMAN is supposed to consume (and that gets a lot of stick from people) and you're a guy....

Now with uni and work and money issues I really need to concentrate on spending wisely - it's just cheaper to buy a quick meal then to prepare one. Well my excuses came with consequences as I'm now heavier then I have been in 3months.

Just reading through all this has made me cry, so much inspiration!

These words of encouragement and stories of how I'm not alone in feeling like this really are fantastic. Everyone that's commented has given me a new reason to keep going  I am even smiling on my way to work (amazing!) and thinking about how I will go the gym this evening - I know that plan may change as my work…

I will defiantly try the logging without goals and then start to make adjustments, I think that would really help me see where I am "going wrong". I defiantly need to push myself to continue as I know I don't want to go back to where I was before. I've come this far so I can do it.

Thanks. I do have a food scale. I guess I need to make some small steps and then continue from there instead of trying to plunge in head first.

I also feel like I don't know what my calorie intake should be. I see a lot about BMR TDEE but I tried some sites and we'll honestly got very confused!

Why are you having meal replacement shakes when you say that a meal would satisfy you for longer? Just a curiosity question as I don't have any suggestions for meal replacement other then the typical "slim fast" but I don't recommend.

Just got to keep going. I have lost just under a stone and a half and I still find getting into the size down slightly uncomfortable. Don't give up though everyone is different and we all hold fat differently. Main thing is that you're losing and the inches will start to come away, give it time.

Yeah my body still thinks it has TOM but I don't actually have it. Really frustrating.

As far as I know dieting while pregnant is not such a good idea HOWEVER that doesn't stop you eating healthy.

Can I squeeze in?? Sounds really great and with all my gains recently I'd love to be inspired to keep going!

Implanon implant made me gain 3st in first year. I'm sure implanon is no longer in circulation due to being undetectable (in UK we now only have nexaplon) Had the nexaplon for 4/5months no weight gain at all.

From my personal experience - I tried slimfast but after two weeks I had no results and then I ended up in hospital due to my IBS becoming even more unbeatable then what it normally is. I had no clue to what I was putting in my body and stopped taking it. I've only recently started to feel a bit better and have less…

APPARENTLY: Skipping breakfast is actually what Sumo wrestlers do to gain extra weight. Just something I heard once. Breakfast is golden!

Hi, I would like to be in this challenge as I suffer from depression and weight is a massive issue for me. I am hoping to develop a more positive mind frame and hopefully shifting weight will encourage that. :)
