I agree, the ONLY way I can lose weight is to not eat my exercise cals back. I CANNOT lose if I am eating exercise cals back, I know this b/c I done this for a long time and didn't see any results. These are my 2 favorite programs!! I have done probably 6 rounds Chalean Extreme and several rounds of Turbofire. I especially love combining the 2 programs doing Chalean strength 3 days/week, then Turbofire the other 2/3 days. I am 4'11" weigh 120, use a HRM and have NEVER burned more than 450 cal in an hour. I do some pretty intense stuff too. Kinda sucks but oh well...

ChaLEAN Extreme is my fav! I have done probably 6-7 rounds of it mixed with different things. Have also done P90X and now am doing P90X2, but honestly have seen the best results from ChaLEAN Extreme. The key is lifting HEAVY weights though, you won't see the results with out doing that!! GOOD LUCK!!
