How big is this meal? When do you eat it? I personally think only eating once a day can't be good for you. Why not throw in a breakfast, lunch and dinner? I'd be worried that I wasn't eating enough calories. Not to mention protein, vegetables or carbs.

I don't really understand having days set aside to eat whatever you want and however much you want. It just seems strange to me. But I understand having a cheat meal or allowing yourself to enjoy yourself during a barbecue or special event without worrying about counting each calorie. I don't think you should deny yourself…

If i take a shower in the morning then I'll weigh myself. But if I take a shower later in the day, as I often do when I don't have work, then I'll wait. I don't like weighing myself after morning because I know it'll give me a higher reading.
