I rarely get to the movies but when I do.. a heavy dose of popcorn with butter is my choice. Its a calorie killer but I work my *kitten* off 5 days a week so I figure once every couple months wont kill me.. or will it? ;)

The answer is Yes! I lost 20lbs by watching diet and walking. I used a fitbit to track steps and made sure I hit 10,000 steps (about 4.5 mi) everyday. I have since gone to trying 30 day shred but continue to add in walking 2- 3 days a week.
