StrongLifts question about failing a set
Hi All, If I fail at set 3/rep 4, do I continue to do as many reps as I can for the remaining 2 sets? or do I call it quits for that lift and move onto the next? thanks

I am thinking about trying the 5x5 program but Mehdi does not recommend using a Smith machine for squats. That's all I have access to, should I not even bother doing 5x5 without a squat rack?
