Hi All,
If I fail at set 3/rep 4, do I continue to do as many reps as I can for the remaining 2 sets? or do I call it quits for that lift and move onto the next?
thanks

If I could complete 4 reps out of a prescribed 5 reps, I'd go ahead and finish the workout. If I could only do 2 reps, I'd lower the weight and finish the workout0

You would do the 4th and 5th sets with as many reps as you can do. Many times I have hit 5 reps in my 4th set even after failing in the third set. In any event this would be a stall and you would continue with that exact weight on the next particular workout. Three stalls is a 10% deload0
