I would up your weight some and do two sets of 8 also superset it with another workout with a quick turn around. Also, incorporate something like cycling or yoga in your no training days.

I would not put my body through any thing else if it is trying to fight a up coming "cold". Your body needs all the energy it can use to fight it. You won't do yourself any favors by working out sick. In the long run you could delay feeling better sooner by working out. Good Luck, hope you feel well soon!

You can do it! Remember, your body does get use to a routine in your work out! My trainer told me when i get stuck to switch things up for a while! Try something new and push yourself you can get those 11 lbs!!!!!!! HAVE FAITH!!!!!

I have 1200 also, but i'm having a hard time eating my exercise calories. Any suggestions?
