I take Celexa 20mg (generic citolopram) for years now and it actually decreases my appetite. I also take xanax 1mg when needed for actual panick attacks. taking xanax as well decreases my appetite for obvious reasons lol. I used to take paxol and that made me gain about 15 pounds and actually fell into a larger depressoin.…

Not yelling. Just frustrated. I do eat. I feel like I eat a lot. Its just the things that fill me up don't seem to have be high in calories. I am going to make some changes.

I do a lot of running around with the kids and I crash everyday around 8pm.

Thank you for the posts. I always felt like I shouldnt eat all the calories because I get so crazy busy with my kids football practices and travel ball leagues that I never have time to work out. So instead I try not to eat and in return this is what I get. Its a great eye opener. Thank you

I feel like people are sensitive about it beucase they dont want to face the reality that they are gaining weight. it can be embarressing when you feel fine but others notice you gaining weight. I am so glad you asked this question because I too am totally confused about that as well. Its almost like whats the point in working out if you are allowed to add back on the calories. I hope someone can answer this. Good luck !

Tried it, Don't like it. And that is just my opinion. I felt jittery, which thats what it does and because I never had an apettite I always had bad headaches and was always angry.
