Thanks everybody for the advice. Here it is - Monday again - I'm feeling much better and (almost) ready to make a decision ;)
-
This is very true. oh god, I wish it was an easy decision. It's impossible to take out the relationships and other people in general from this type of dilemma!
-
That's what my rational side is telling me to do! screaming even.
-
Fair point but: yes - unless there's a counter offer - the benefits are seriously better. There's possibly more prospects in the new place but it's not going to be easy.
-
I think it may come and this will make my decision even harder.
-
Nicely put!
-
PS. I think I have one too....
-
I had to google foo-pa.... so innocent!
-
Nah, I'd feel like in granny knickers. Although, they do look nice on the models. only.

This is my problem too. I can be good for days and one night out makes my body look poofy and horrible. It disheartens me no end. In my all or nothing mentality (I know I know!) I can see all my efforts ruined. It usually takes me another few days to get to grips. Like today. It's my day 1 again. I wish I could stay…

Seems like a good idea! Apparently fluctuating your kcals helps in boosting metabolism too - your body gets used to the same number of cals. I did something similar before my wedding - together with some heavy lifting it really worked. I wish I had the same motivation now ;)

I hear you!

Have you ever felt your weekend undoes all the hard work you put in over the week? It's a big thing for me. I guess I'm an emotional eater and I feel I relax more when I stuff my face. Sick twist on work hard play hard!

Thanks guys. I can't unbell the bells I guess. Yes, I'm staying focused today and I'll try to limit my intake to a little below my daily. I went to the gym yesterday and went pretty heavy - I guess extra carbs and sugars helped with that ha! - so I must recover today as well as get rid of the bloated belly! Back to work…

Thanks Ladies. I wish it was possible though! Maybe even a 3 kg will help. I'm about 8kg away from my favourite weight ;)

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 128, I'm at 136 and I can't shift those few pounds. Annoyed with myself! I think I'll look great at 128 :)

Just to give some perspective to those using/not using metric system I'm 136 pounds and want to be 127. :ohwell:
