You look great! What a big difference 20 pounds made. I am also to my first 20 but it did not make as big of a difference as it did on you. Congrats! My daughter just turned one and I had to wait to start my weight loss due to breastfeeding but I am so happy to be down already. Good job!!!

That happened to me. I took a week rest and only logged breakfast. Broke the plateau right after that.

Conceal carry is illegal here. I really wish it was not. I always picture myself in the situation of someone pulling up to me, me screaming my head off for them to get away, and all they wanted was directions haha.
