A calorie burn is a calorie burn. Doesn't matter how you do it. A HRM is a great idea to be specific. Otherwise there are loads of great calorie calculators online.

Mine is naturally 40bpm and always has been. I have a heart murmur too. My cal burns can be really low. It doesn't matter as I benefit in loads of other ways as well.

I cook two eggs in a lunch box. Beat the eggs and layer the bottom of the box with the liquid. I've been on most prescribed meds for generalised anxiety disorder and panic disorder. In the end each stopped working effectively. A few weeks ago I wanted to change to 5-HTP. I went to the doctor and basically told him what I was going to do, rather than ask him to advise again. Since then 5-HTP has made a big difference…

I can happily justify losing weight, getting fit and all of that with millions of reasons. I have great support through my co-workers. I think the main thing is what my husband thinks. He's not getting fit along with me, he supports my diet some but I think that he would be happier if I gave it up tomorrow.
