started jan 7, 6'2, 240 now am just under 207. Definately works if you stick with it and don't lose faith. Even if you are not 100% perfect, you will make headway if you can change your habits and give it time. Looking to lose another 10 lbs or so. Good luck!

i'm not a creatine expert, but if i'm not mistaken, it takes a while to creatine "load" - the point at which your body has stored up the maximum amount it can use, and then it can take up to 6 weeks for it to be totally out of your system. From my experience, i definately noticed a difference in a weeks time, and it can…

You may want to even consider changing the daily goals from protein and carbs - you can edit these percentages. I'm not…

i joined around jan 10th and love the site - i think it is very common for people to join and give up. I've been telling myself i need to lose weight for about 5 yrs and kinda sorta tried a few times but not very seriously. I turned 35 in december, and father time is catching up - if i'm going to turn it around, i better…

now we're talking - good thread. - i think my approach is a little different that MFP advocates, i'm trying to bring in some tips/tricks used by bodybuilders. The main difference is doubleing up the protein and trading carbs. Also, i lift weights 3-4 times a week and only do cardio 2 times. The reason for this is cutting…
