  • GW: 150-155 lbs, but ideally a size 10. I have a larger frame. Anythings smaller and I begin to look not well. I'm down almost 20 lbs since March of this year. I still have 30-35 lbs and I am going to make it happen in 2013! VBCoach25
  • Keep up the great work! I love it when I start to notice (and others do too) the changes in my and neck. Keep up the great determination!
  • I agree with the others. Slow and steady is more healthy. Also research shows you are more likely to keep it off if you go the slow and steady path as well. You are doing awesome already, keep up the healthy eating and exercise and you will continue to see results.
  • Fabulous! Such and inspiration. Keep it up!

  • I am feeling the same way about P90X. I'm having some fabulous results with it as well. I love the Beachbody programs! They have something for everyone it seems! Keep up the awesome work! I look forward to seeing your continued progress updates!!! Thank you for sharing your success thus far! Julie (aka VBCoach25)
  • It is amazing how fast our body's change. The scale shows only a portion of the story. I love what the measurements tell, how our clothes begin to fit differently , and the changes we can see in the pics. Keep up the great work! Julie (aka VBCoach25)
  • Congratulations!!! So exciting!
  • Wonderful progress - great work!
  • Welcome to the boards! You are going to love MFP as it is a great tool and has a great community as well! Julie (aka VBCoach25)
  • I agree with the others that you may need more calories. I suspect with eating that few that you are not getting the protein you need to form lean muscle to help get that sleek, toned look. The carbs are important to help fuel your energy for workouts. Some fat is also good as your body needs that to function correctly, so…
  • Welcome to the boards or back to the boards. :) Be proud that you are taking the right steps to make a difference. The encouragement on here is terrific! Keep asking questions and for those "kicks" when you need them! Julie (aka VBCoach25)
  • I agree with those that mentioned Shakeology. I love it, too! My favorite Shakeology recipe right now is the Chocolate made with almond milk and a little peanut butter. Fills in my cravings for sweets! I also did a juice cleanse earlier this year and didn't have the horrible side effects that can happen. I give Shakeology…
  • I'm starting late, I hope that's okay! SW: 197.2 June 30 GW: 192.5 Non-weight goal: Complete each day of of Phase I of P90X workouts. (I'm 14/14 so far!) Thanks for the challenge and support! Julie (aka VBCoach25)
  • I would encourage you to use the nutrition guide that came with the program. They have things really well laid out in there to fuel your body for those workouts. VBCoach25
  • Congratulations! Very cute dress - you are beautiful! Julie (aka VBCoach25)
  • Thanks for the add. I look forward to moving ahead on our health/wellness journey together! :) ' Julie (aka VBCoach25)
  • I love the BB programs! I started using them in 2007 and had lost 50 lbs the first year using Slim in 6 and Power 90. It was awesome! Unfortunately I let myself get away from the programs and BB community when other priorities took my attention. It was where I needed to be at the time and with that departure I put almost…
  • This thread and some of the replies made me think about other professions. Would you object to an unhealthy nurse, doctor, or surgeon working with you? What about one with unhealthy habits such as smoking? What about a mechanic that drives a beater car that doesn't appear to be in good shape or run well, would you let…
  • Keep it going! You are doing great. Are your just tracking your meals or are you working out as well? Working out will help you to tone as you go and you will definitely be able to see and feel those results. I did my pics on June 1st and will do them again at 30, 60, and 90 days to show my progress. Kudos to you for…
  • Welcome to the boards and to committing to use MFP as a tool to help you get the success you desire! I hit my 95 day mark today with logging my foods. The app on my phone is so helpful to make sure I keep myself in check. I am not perfect, but it helps me to get back on track quickly. Consistency (not perfection) is key!…
  • Welcome to MFP! I can't believe how wonderful this site is and easy to use. I logged my foods for 30/31 days for March. I'm 9/9 for April so far. The tool is great, as it really helps to get the full picture of what you are eating. Love it! I really like that it also does the detail like carb/fat/protein ratio or the…
  • My goal is to get to 150-155. I feel that is the weight at which I looked the best. It's been years, but I can do it. Anything less than 145 and I look too skinny for my frame. I feel 155 is a weight I'll be able to maintain and a weight at which I can be comfortable in my own body.
  • I'm also new to the message boards here. I've been using the app for a while on my phone and love the convenience of looking up foods while on the go. I look forward to checking in now and again. VBCoach25
