Awesome!! Can't wait until I go single digits. I've lost around 23 lbs now and haven't bought new clothes just yet. Even though my clothes are now bigger than before. My jeans still fit my legs and still button up, but really sag. I just wear a belt. Lol I think I am a size 10. Can't wait till I'm an 8!!!

Thanks everyone, my calorie intake is set to around 1560 calories, I had xrays taken, and I do feel better with the adjustment from yesterday. I just don't know if 1500 was appropriate for no action. I know seeing the scale is hard when it moves up instead of down, but you have to look at yourself too. Use a measuring tape instead and a scale once in a while, of course we all know you can not gain weight that fast, so i suggest you eat more healthy than you have been eating. You will see the scale coming down as well.…

Lucky!! I am 5 foot 3 and i started at 196lbs, today was weigh in day for me and it registered at 173.8lb i have been kind of stuck on the 170's... I used to eat 1360 calories a day, i increased my calories to 1500 and so far, its been great to eat more, i exercise 3-5 hours a day i used to do Turbo fire in the afternoon…

I would try more greens, and i know most of us like the muffins and things and that's OK, but maybe try skipping the orange juice and have the muffin, What i am trying to do is have no more than 3 pieces of bread a day.

I don't want to sound stupid, but your writing was a bit confusing had to re read many parts. I'm kind of confused at what I should be eating. I think I'll just stick to eating what I normally eat. Thanks for the post tho. I know it helped a lot of people :-)

I bench 115 most 4-6 times (my heaviest) I squat 150 lbs at most to challenge myself 4-6 times I do 4 sets ranging from 15-4

I was on month 2 when i stopped, so i started over i didnt do saturdays and sundays so i guess i have to do them now =)

I hope i can lose as much weight as you. I do turbo fire at home and go to the gym to work on weight lifting and some classes. Do you guys think im working out too much? Also, i do not do the stretch parts on the video because i workout more at the gym, will that affect my results?

That's what I'm doing this exact moment I can't seem to put down the chips now I'm over my calories!! Even after my workout :'( ... I'm throwing them away right now!!!
