  • I have just finished week 2 and lost 3.3 lbs and 5.3 inches from my ties,hips and waist without following the nutrition guide,just MFP.
  • Ok,so in 2 weeks I have lost a total of 13.5 cm or 5.3 inches of my waist,stomach,hips and ties and a total of 1.5 kg or 3.3 lbs with T25,without following the nutrition plan.

  • Well that is really overestimating.I just finished my 63 min hiit on a bike and according to my hrm I have burned 715 ccal (with intervals of 29 an 45 kmph) 4/1 min intervals.

  • Well,3 years ago I was going to the gym,I weighed around 120 lbs (5ft7.5),I was a bulimic and was "The Master Of The Eliptical" XD And I did burn around a 1000 ccal per hour.Of course that backfired and I ended up losing my muscle mass and having the biggest yoyo of all times (gained 20 lbs in 3 weeks)
