1. Eat what you enjoy 2. The whole point of dieting is so that when you do eat too much, it’s not an egregious mistake. 3. Don’t let missing a day or three of exercise derail you.

Oh my good gracious!! Week 6, Day 1 - why not just take in the back and shoot me now!? Today was definitely killer. I had to create two extra sets for the pushups I couldn't complete in the other sets... and I STILL couldn't do all of them... but I almost did, and almost totally counts when it comes to this (at least in my…

Week 4, Day 1 Wow! I actually did it!! Set 1: 12 Set 2: 14 Set 3: 11 Set 4: 10 Set 5: 16 In my head I broke them down into halves, so I would count to 5 or 7 or 8 and then count to 5,7, or 8 again. Seemed to make it a tad easier.

Finally decided to do an exhaustion test... I can do 25! For me that's a big gain considering 3 weeks ago I could only do 5! lol that's like a 400% increase, right? And I'm starting to see some chest and shoulder development as well... which is nice because I have broad shoulders anyway.

Week 3 Day 3 11/13/9/9/13 This seems to be getting more difficult to do... it's definitely a challenge... but the fact that I complete it is such a boost!

Week 3 Day 2 Holy crap! Today was easier than Tuesday, but still difficult... I think warming up longer helped... 10/12/8/8/max12

Week 3 Day 1 - 10/12/7/7/9 Max set: 9 Today was super tough for some reason! Maybe I wasn't warmed up enough, I don't know... the first two sets were okay enough... the the last three really made me have to work.

Week 2 Day 3, final set: 20 I CAN DO 20 PUSHUPS IN A ROW!!!

I rarely ever get flirted with in person. And that's okay because most guys who are at clubs aren't worth my attention anyway. I am a strong, self-sufficient hottie in my own right. When I go out, I go with friends who are going to make my infrequent nights out fun for me. The only thing that makes my nights blah are when…

Week 2, Day 2 Was pleasantly surprised at the final set because the first 4 were difficult for some reason. Final set: 12 whereas before i couldn't even do 5! So... definitely progress! And some chest definition! Woot!

My knees have always crackled and I'm only thirty. When I get up from squatting down I sound like Rice Krispies. I've read that it has something to do with synovial fluid in the joints... but I could be wrong.

Week 2 Day 1: Definitely getting a bit easier... but that final set was difficult... for sure felt the days of rest in between week 1 and 2. But yay! so far so good. Max Done: 10 in final set

I don't get the whole "no homo" thing. If you're gracious enough to compliment, then be gracious enough to just let your statement stand on its merit. Boom. Problem solved.
