Instead of eating some chocolates that I have left over after making teacher goodies, I put them away and did NOT eat one. Yay me! The old me would have eaten every last one and then snuck into the teacher boxes for more! LOL0

Had fruit with breakfast and lunch and fruit and veggies for dinner. Indulged in a couple of treats today and still stayed under my calories. Full & Satisfied 100%.0

Ate a bunch of crap and still stayed well within caloric limit; practiced arm balances and back bends after workout and saw some progress.0

I got over the fact that my knee is all cut up (damned ice!) and I took my modern dance class anyway
Even though it involves a lot of getting down on the floor and such

I logged on after a far too long hiatus, and I stayed within my goal for the day.0

I kept myself positive for my tennis match this evening, even though I have played the absolute, most embarrassing tennis the last couple weeks.0

1. I managed not to drink any wine.

I did NOT have a free (and very tempting) cookie at the parent teacher conference tonight.0

I ate too much emotional chocolate yesterday (which I hope will take me into next month)!0 -
Maintained a 1900 calorie net loss over my TDEE, consumed 1200 net calories and actually enjoyed every bite of food I ate today.0

I found a new route for my 15 minute mile walk on work breaks.0 -
I didn't light up(2weeks n counting!)
I ate a healthy high protein high fiber breakfast.
I met my protein goal before planning calories for leisure.(cake mmm)0 -
'Ran' 75% of my 4 mile run today without a walk break.0

I soooooo wanted to call today "rest day," but I lifted weights and took the dog for a walk instead. And made a point to eat more fruits and vegetables than did yesterday. Which wasn't difficult because yesterday was a delicious processed food-fest.0

Today was a rest day but I still did 11,000 steps (and then some).
I only had one good chocolate truffle rather than a portion of ice cream.
I put things in place to do a darned good workout tomorrow.0 -
Ate under my calories, tried a new grilled honey mustard chicken recipe that the hubs and I loved, and took my fussy 2- year old on a walk to look at bulldozers working down the street instead of turning on the TV to entertain him.0

Did a hard spinning class in the morning, but listened to my body and skipped my evening tough yoga class- I was exhausted.0

No processed food or added chemicals/sugars in my food today0

The last two days i haven't worked out... i worked out today.
I made good choices, food wise.

Ran a 5k around the neighborhood and stuck to my meal plan like glue. Going to bed sore, covered with salonpas, but feeling awesome.0

Made dinner from scratch, nothing from a box! Was under my 1310 calories. Didn't stress eat.0

I went grocery shopping hungry and didn't buy anything "bad". Not even the Valentine's Day chocolates that were on sale...although I did pick a box up and look at it longingly. lol0
