Actually eating up to my recommended daily cal intake.0

Even though it wasn't my best workout I went to the gym after work so that I could get a workout in for the weekend. Soooo...
What I did right was:
1. went to the gym.
2. Stayed within my calories
3. Made healthy choices0 -
!. Firstly, I beat myself up for all the things I've been doing wrong over the past couple of weeks...it worked.
2.Have come up with a new plan and am going to stick with it.0 -
Ate right today and exercised for 80 minutes0

I drank all my water, plus one!0

Today I made time to take a walk while I was at work. And then I came home and got another long walk in.0

Knew I was going to eat a chocolate bar, so made choices throughout the day that would keep me within my calorie goal so I could enjoy the bar guilt free!0

Had lunch with friends and ordered scrambled eggs. Ate some of them...They were dry and then drank coffee. Played cards and had no desserts or snacks that were on the table.0

drank 5 cups of water.... I have known months without a drop passing my lips. (coffee, iced tea etc. but never pure, cleansing H2O!):drinker:0

Moved the furniture in my apartment to make room so I can start trying the '30 day shred' workout DVD I just got. I'm daunted by the idea of doing it, but I'm gonna give it a fair shot tonight. I don't want 'lack of space' to be the thing that stops me. (also might just bookmark this thread as it's a good one to come back to lol!)0

I slept for 8 "good" hours wich is very strange for me! Good luck boys and girls!!!!!0

Drinking a lot of water.
Now I am running to the loo every 30 minutes - HATING IT!0 -
Went for a 20 minute walk on my break instead of hanging out0

Going to the gym first thing in the morning after no sleep!0

Organised my online food shopping including lots of fruit and veg and avoided the crisps and sweets. If its not in my house I can't eat it0

a) Made healthy food choices
b) Tracked on mfp before eating my food choices
c) Stayed within my allocated calories

Ate less calories than I burned. Ate enough protein and fats and carbs. Got enough sleep. Enjoyed time with my family.0

Went spinning and did the whole class till the end!! Legs like jelly...0

Got on that treadmill even though I could think of about a dozen reasons not too....and finished my 3 miles.0

i did 3 hours of cardio and kicked *kitten* and ate well too!0

Just downed a litre of water instead of heading for potato chips or BBQ shapes (savoury biscuits) when I learnt that my brothers finance has been talking **** to family members about me behind my back......and managed to stay under my calorie goal.for the day.......0

i didn't have the margarita i very much wanted.0

Going to bed before 12midnight and I'm hoping to be asleep b4 then too, last post of the night!0

Spent 40 minutes on my eliptical.0

Ate the grilled chicken at Cracker Barrel instead of the fried AND stayed under my calories after that wonderful meal that included a biscuit and apples.0

I ate under my calories!! (Not extreme, about 30 calories under).0

I did 500cal between treadmill and bike, I ran on the treadmill.. ran 100cal straight and was not to hard this time round so I ran more, then did a hard core work out.. tummy will thank me later for that
I have drunk 6 glasses of water so far, I have been slack on the water.0 -
Right things:

had 4 + servings fruit
hit calcium and protein goals without supplements
Wrong things: 80 calories over, ah well.0 -
