    Instead of eating some chocolates that I have left over after making teacher goodies, I put them away and did NOT eat one. Yay me! The old me would have eaten every last one and then snuck into the teacher boxes for more! LOL

    Had fruit with breakfast and lunch and fruit and veggies for dinner. Indulged in a couple of treats today and still stayed under my calories. Full & Satisfied 100%.

    Ate a bunch of crap and still stayed well within caloric limit; practiced arm balances and back bends after workout and saw some progress. :smile:

    I got over the fact that my knee is all cut up (damned ice!) and I took my modern dance class anyway :) Even though it involves a lot of getting down on the floor and such

    Maintained a 1900 calorie net loss over my TDEE, consumed 1200 net calories and actually enjoyed every bite of food I ate today.

    I didn't light up(2weeks n counting!)
    I ate a healthy high protein high fiber breakfast.
    I met my protein goal before planning calories for leisure.(cake mmm)

    I soooooo wanted to call today "rest day," but I lifted weights and took the dog for a walk instead. And made a point to eat more fruits and vegetables than did yesterday. Which wasn't difficult because yesterday was a delicious processed food-fest.

    Today was a rest day but I still did 11,000 steps (and then some).
    I only had one good chocolate truffle rather than a portion of ice cream.
    I put things in place to do a darned good workout tomorrow.

    Ate under my calories, tried a new grilled honey mustard chicken recipe that the hubs and I loved, and took my fussy 2- year old on a walk to look at bulldozers working down the street instead of turning on the TV to entertain him.

    Did a hard spinning class in the morning, but listened to my body and skipped my evening tough yoga class- I was exhausted.
