    Ran a 5k around the neighborhood and stuck to my meal plan like glue. Going to bed sore, covered with salonpas, but feeling awesome.

    Made dinner from scratch, nothing from a box! Was under my 1310 calories. Didn't stress eat.

    I went grocery shopping hungry and didn't buy anything "bad". Not even the Valentine's Day chocolates that were on sale...although I did pick a box up and look at it longingly. lol

    I worked my way through my emotions. Instead of eating poorly in reaction to a disappointment. I showed myself and my body a little love and respect and had a healthy dinner. I'll rest well tonight, deal with the issue head on and start a new day tomorrow with my regular workout.

    Walked ....made over my 10,000 steps and in exactly a year with the use of my fitbit....achieved the 2000km badge....
