I am 5'3 and currently at 164. I want to be around 130-135 or slightly less. I think I'll be happy and healthy there. fit but still curvy is my goal. anyone similar feel free to message and add me.

I 100% agree with this!! Get the job done! I got my breast reduction when I was 18. I was a 34 DDDD and though I could only go down to a DD it was seriously the best decision I could have made! My back pain instantly went away and I felt more confident, not to mention balanced!
