  • I have completed my first 90 day challenge. I didn't drop 20 pounds like I would have liked, but I think I did pretty well considering. I have lost a total of 10 inches (cumulative) from my bust, waist (belly button area), and hips (widest area). I have also lost a total of 16.1 pounds. But I think I did great for it only…
  • I'm on day 78!!! Less than two weeks left on this 90 day challenge. But only the beginning of my new life!! I'm down 16.1 lbs and 9.5 inches!!! I could only hope I hit that 20# mark. :)
  • Just did week 8. 57 days down 33 to go. :) I've lost 2 more lbs!!
  • Completed week six and seven Week six I only lost .5 lbs and 0 inches. Week seven I lost 0 lbs and 2 inches. The number on the scale doesn't always matter!!! Take measurements during your zeal 90 day challenge. It's vital!!!!
  • I liked the cleanse during the 30 say better. I think it's mild enough to do a 30 day cleanse followed by 10 days no cleanse, then a quick 10 day cleanse, followed by another cleanse free 10 days. Then repeat the process. I should have taken a break between the 30 day and the 10 day. I think that might be why I didn't see…
  • My personal opinion for the 10 day cleanse. Whereas it seems like the cleanse works better during the 10 day span, it really is no different than taking the cleanse for the full 30 days. I didn't lose much in the time frame weight- and inches-wise. It was more effort on my behalf to remember to take the cleanse pills as…
  • Congrats! You're doing great, I am so happy for you!
  • Completed week five!!!! Lost an inch and 3.2 lbs this week!! So far so good!! Total of 6 inches and 10.6 pounds in 5 weeks!!! It is possible! Just don't give up. Zeal for Life works!!!
  • Today is the beginning of week 5. I am almost 1/3 through the challenge! I lost 1.5 inches and .08 lbs. I did have a case of food poisoning yesterday. Still feeling the effects a little today. Other than that, I'm feeling great and going strong.
  • Today is the start of week 4!!! Day 22 of the 90 day challenge I feel great! I lost 2.1 lbs this week, and no inches lost. That's ok though! I didn't do much exercise so all the weightloss is from eating right and the Zeal! This week I will try to incorporate more exercise and see how that does. I've lost an avg of 2.2 lbs…
  • Welcome to the group kingjoker32 and icerose137. I wish you luck in your journeys. It's been a long road for me, but I'm determined to join the military. I, too, am looking to earn a commission as an officer. I have a bachelor of science in business management with a concentration in accounting. I am a member of delta mu…
  • I just completed week two of the 90 day challenge. I'm feeling great! I only lost .8 pounds this week, but I lost 2.5 inches! It's amazing stuff. I am a female, so my hormonal changes throughout the month are going to have an impact on my results. Typically I bloat, cramp, and have mood swings. So far, those issues have…
  • Today is the end of my week one on the Zeal for Life 90 day Challenge. I feel happier, more focused, energized. I normally get a large amount of headaches and migraines. Yet, since I've been doing this challenge, they haven't come back. I've lost only one inch around my waist so far, but I lost 3.7 lbs in my first week of…
  • Hi Katie! Not many people are active on these sites anymore. Not sure if everyone, or the majority, have already hit their goal and joined. I'm still in the process of losing the weight to join the Navy. I have a bachelors degree, so I'm trying to earn a commission. I was hoping to drop the weight in time to join the Air…
  • Today is only day 3 for me, and I'm already feeling the difference. I feel amazing. I'm excited for you to begin your journey and to hear your success story. More energy, no headaches, weightloss...who could ask for anything more?! Will you be doing the 90 day challenge as well? Or just trying out the products first?
  • Second one! I love doggies. ;-D
  • Thank you. I know that if I want this, I really need to “suck it up” and just do what needs to be done. :-) I have really changed what I've been eating, and I've been making sure I get some sort of exercise done throughout the day. I just need to kick it up a notch soon, and continue to do so. It does make it harder…
  • I have a similar degree. Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting. I'm hoping on getting into a field that deals with financial management. But I'm open for anything. I'm trying to lose weight and then get a package together to apply for commission in the USN. Hoping for something in…
  • Thank you for that information, Cassidy. A for the type of job I would like in the Navy, I was thinking along the lines of finance. But, I'm open for other possibilities. My step-father was an ET1 Nuke. He practically lived 80% of his career on a submarine in the middle of an ocean. My sister-in-law was a…
  • Just an idea I want to throw out your way... I wanted help learning the general orders and other information regarding bootcamp knowledge, so I searched my app store for my phone. I found an application by Gregory Pothier called U.S. Navy Boot Camp. It has really helped out lot! I am a strong believer in working hard…
