Yeah, I've seen people running with lil pouches above their butt. Those are more suited for runners.

Yeah I had the same problem MFP doesn't have Insanity in it's database. Your best bet is to search on Google for calories burned or get a HRM.

^Can't go wrong with Lisa. You need a certain amount of calories daily just to survive. Eating = burning.

Coffee, Milk. You should try Crystal Light, a Seltzer water, etc. For energy I use G-Fuel and Emergen-C.

I haven't done P90X but I have Insanity. Everyone gets different results. I'm sure if you stuck with the diet and followed the calendar, you will see improvements. All it takes is eating healthy, putting the DVD in, and press play.

Agreed. I stopped the whole "meal timing" thing and made sure that I met my calorie needs. I hated waiting "x" hours to eat again. I'm hungry! So MFP helps a lot. Ultimately, Do what works best for you.

When I was younger, I ate it all the time. I would fold the Kraft cheeses into little pieces and eat it like a mouse before dinner lol

You look awesome! If you're happy, I am. Now did you just say INSANITY?! That is a GREAT program. I did it last Summer and got great results. I started it up again and can't wait. I'm actually going to do it here in a few. You look great now imagine if you did Insanity. No one will mess with you! lol

You have free weights, machines, and resistance bands. Resistance bands are cheaper, more portable, and ignore gravity. You can also look into a workout programs like Insanity or P90X.

I never heard this before. Love PB&J's and putting peanut butter in my protein shakes. The way to burn a lot of calories is pushing yourself hard and long. Go get some!

21 is your prime. You still have plenty of time to figure out what you want to do. Hang in there.

I don't take classes and I don't go to the gym. I do the Insanity Program at home (going to do it here in a few!). I get great results from it and it makes you sweat! I run every once in awhile too.
