@ Andresbohorqu...looking at your weight loss tracker I take it that you've kept the weight off? I looked into elite pro and it sound like a good option. Unfortunately after doing a little research I found out that it would cause side effects with my medications.:(

I usually don't let my hair get in the way of my workout. I find that small single braids keep my hair together and neat. If my edges look bad after shrinking up I either flat iron it or brush it down. Also, hair gel works great to make your edges look neater, especially after flat ironing.

Ok...slightly confusing, but put yourself in someone else's shoes my MFP peeps. As a learner of a foreign language (French), I can attest to how difficult it is to express oneself. You feel all the emotions build inside you and you want to get them out for others to hear but have to struggle to find the right words. I'm…

Nice topic! For me it's peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread, watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew melons, any kind of beans, oatmeal, and drinking a glass of a fiber drink like metamusil with my meals when I'm not satisfied.

I was wondering the same thing. Thanks for asking!

Have you tried air popcorn? It tastes very good and it's also very low cal. Plus, you don't have to worry about it going bad. I know you can get an air popcorn machine for cheap at Walmart. Hope that helps!

Thanks everyone for the advice!! Overall what I'm hearing is that I should take my measurements to see if I'm at least loosing inches, add other things to the workout like cardio, and pay closer attention to what I eat. I'm going to try to implement these changes. As far as my diet goes, there is some work to be done since…
