Green apple or pineapple. I do spinach, kale, asparagus, celery and GREEN apple. Apple really makes a BIG difference!

Thank you for the advise, you are right, I should check with my doctor first. The pain is not overwhelming but it should definitely be addressed. On a different note, what a great achiever you are...WOW, 84 lbs lost! Pat yourself on the back for your hard work and dedication!! /g

Thank you for your feedback Liz. Perhaps taking them before a work-out or before dinner will be ideal for me. May not curb my sugar cravings but I can definitely benefit if they aid in making me feel full and energized. Going to try them!
