is it too late to join???? ive walked lots more than i would normally, i started mid wk thurs 2miles (40 mins) + 7 flights of stairs! fri 2 miles (40 mins) + 7 flights of stairs! sat 1.5miles (30 min) sun 4 miles (2 hrs) = 9.5 miles, all out door walking starting weight 202lbs

i have zumba on wii, its gd but classes r best! i find the wii game much faster paced, and a little harder to follow at times but as with the classes once u know the roitines it gets easier! defo a gd workout!

i lOVE it!! because of work comitments, bank hols and holiday coming up i cant go to class for nxt 4 wks and i'm missing it already!!! have the zumba wii game which is gd but it aint the same as going to class!

i would love to do a 5k run, would be such an acheivement, but ..... i've tried running in the past and got shin splints :( i got new running trainers and started slow by walkin then running and so forth but got worse, peeps told me to run through the pain but it was unbearable ! maybe when i've lost some more weight i can…

sounds like planter phasitis (no joke, maybe spelling is slightly wrong!) or dropped arches. i have this and agree it is really painful. anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen help and heel supports in ur shoes. if no better see ur dr!

i weigh a few times a wk, i know they say not too but like u i find it helps me stay focused!! plus i'm always curious as to how i'm doin!! a wk is a long time .......

i listed it as dance-aerobics ! just bought zumba on wii, had a quick try out, off to zumba class tonite, the wii game will be good for when i cant get to class!

if thats all u can manage at the momemt then its better than doing nothing. i'm sure if u walk regualrly and can do some hill walkin to get the heart rate pumpin then its a good starting point and u will see some of the weight fall off. i get annoyed by dr's attitudes, mine said swimming wasnt that gd an exercise, said i…

Enjoy it!!! do nt worry too much bout keeping up! my intructor tells us to just keep mpving if we are struggling to keep up!! its great fun, i love it!! off to buy the zumba wii game today too!! hope u get on well xx
