Will keep up with accurate food diary and working out 5-6 days a week. Which will include 2 mile jog + a quick 15 min Pilates video. OR an insanity workout. Just need some motivation to stick to it.

I bought insanity a couple yrs ago and love it. But my kid scratched a couple of the DVDs :( Ithink I'm going to try the 21 day fix workouts first

Same here... I'm 5'7'' heaviest I was around 225 lowest that i've reached since then 171... And my current 177 -_-
