weighed in today after Two months of no exercise and poor food choices 10 lbs heavier.

12 weeks to my birthday tho.

How much can I lose ?

HOW will I do it ??

    Will keep up with accurate food diary and working out 5-6 days a week. Which will include 2 mile jog + a quick 15 min Pilates video. OR an insanity workout.

    Just need some motivation to stick to it.

    The good news is you are still 1 step forward.

    12 weeks, I'd say realistically if you stick to it and have 0 screw ups you could easily lose anywhere from 12 to 18lb (although more is possible this is probably the best goal to shoot for)

    With lots of dedication and determination, you can do it! The key is to stay consistent through out those 12 weeks. I log everyday and I workout 6 days a week, + 2-3 runs a week. Feel free to add me :)
