weighed in today after Two months of no exercise and poor food choices 10 lbs heavier.
12 weeks to my birthday tho.
How much can I lose ?

Will keep up with accurate food diary and working out 5-6 days a week. Which will include 2 mile jog + a quick 15 min Pilates video. OR an insanity workout.
Just need some motivation to stick to it.0 -

The good news is you are still 1 step forward.
12 weeks, I'd say realistically if you stick to it and have 0 screw ups you could easily lose anywhere from 12 to 18lb (although more is possible this is probably the best goal to shoot for)0 -
With lots of dedication and determination, you can do it! The key is to stay consistent through out those 12 weeks. I log everyday and I workout 6 days a week, + 2-3 runs a week. Feel free to add me0
