Compare to dried. My label for dried black beans says 345 calories for 100g or 1/2 cup 16g fibre and 22 g protien. hope that help beans actually have a lot of calories but they are high in fibre and protien

Maybe look for a video or class or private teacher for a session or 2. My yoga teacher did a chair yoga class for us one day because a lady with ms was tehre. You just use the chair maily as a balance thing. good luck

Dont go crazy slow and steady wins the race. I try to use the new weight watchers thing is you can have all the fruit and vegies you want no points. So i figure if you go over on sugar and carbs just eating fruit its ok. Just my opinion. fruit and vegies are good for you. eat lots. good luck

try mixing fat free sour cream and onion soup mix and putting that in instead of milk and butter my kids love it

I try not to eat them. but if i go over by a bit they help. dont beat yourself up just try to avoid using them. thats what i do.

Keep trying i feel the same way. Up to 5 days a week at the gym and i seem to not budge on the scale but i feel fitter and im starting to build muscles. So im just going to keep on going and hope the results will just appear soon.

Ok so i sold running shoes for 10 years here is my advice. Take and old pair of runners or sandals the softer the soel the better.
