I hear you -- I actually gained this week, and my clothes aren't fitting better. I've been watching what I eat, drinking more water, and exercising more than I have in years. Only to gain a pound. AUGH!0

Because of my diet change I gained 5 lbs before I lost any, and that was after fairly intense workouts for 5 weeks.
Now I'm hoping that my numbers will start to gradually go down each week.
A lot of this is amazing patience ^____^;;0 -
I feel for ya im in the same boat hitting the gym 5 days a week and havent lost in weeks

Keep in mind that if you're eating drastically fewer calories than you used to, your body will have an adjustment period. If you are working out, you will also be putting on muscle which will also wreak initial havoc on your scale. I know it's not what you want to hear, but the weight WILL come off... in time.0

I'm in the same boat too! My numbers go down, just really slowly.0

2 random things I've noticed when weighing in at home. Sometimes I have to randomly reset my electronic scale. It seems to get stuck and doesn't go up or down. So that has caused some confusion for me in the past. And 2, 16 ounces of water weighs a pound. So if you're drinking anywhere from 6-10 glasses of water a day you could simply weigh a pound or two higher or lower depending on how much you've had to drink. Just another thing to keep in the back of your mind.0
