I have stocked up at Sam's with REAL Diet Pepsi since they still have some w/ aspartame. I called Pepsi and they may go back to their original formula but it depends on customer demand. I have called 3 times, so far lol.

Water, lots of it Black coffee Tea, pretty much any kind, loving the vanilla chai right now though Diet Pepsi Diet Dr. Pepper Diet Root Beer Drink what you like, as long as it fits in your daily calorie allowance. :)

Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese(28g- 110 calories) Great Value natural peanut butter(32g-190 calories-it's amazingly good-have it EVERY night) Plain pork skins(14g-80 calories and 9g of protein!!-awesome crunch, so satisfying!!)

I love bread. I eat it everyday, just less than what I used to. Lost over 100 pounds in a year while eating bread. Watch your calories, move a little more, and you'll be fine.

Ostrich and buffalo burgers are pretty amazing. The years my brother gets a deer, I'll have chicken fried venison and it's incredible. :)

Lost over 100 pounds drinking my Diet Pepsi and it has never hindered my weight loss. Moderation is key, please educate yourself and steer clear from the fear-mongering pop(soda) haters. Best of luck! :)

I love the FIRM, I've had it for about 8 years and now I am putting it to some good use. I use the TransFIRMer DVD's. I don't use the cardio one since I run. I was over 250 pounds and a size 18 jeans and XL shirts and single. Now I'm 155 size 6-8 jeans and M/S shirts...and still single lol

I drink at least 3 Diet Pepsi's a day and I have lost 95 pounds in a year. I switch between no caffeine/with caffeine and it has not hindered my weight loss at all. Keep at it and enjoy life :)

When I was younger I believed the lie "fat makes you fat." Once I realized that I needed to worry more about my calorie intake than just fat, it clicked. I eat at least 50g of fat a day now without blinking an eye. As long as I'm still in a calorie deficit, it's all good :)

When I started I was a 42DD and I'm a 36D now. The good news is that I can wear more shirts that don't look so awkward with having a bigger chest. I know they will get smaller but it will be ok because thanks to squats my booty is bangin' lol :p

Just take it one day at a time. I said the same thing about my 30's because my 20's sucked. I've had my bad weeks and good weeks but you learn to love the process. I do plain Greek yogurt(Fage 2%) with a scoop of protein powder(Pure Protein vanilla) and use that as a dip for apples, berries, or any other fruit I have on hand. Soooo good and VERY filling and satisfying. It's around 250-300 calories depending on how much/what kinds of fruit you eat. Hope this helps.

Oven roasted chicken with a side of sautéed zucchini(using my Veggetti slicer- <3 that thing) with olive oil/garlic and a baked potato with sour cream and chive. Oh with parmesan and tons of cracked pepper on top. Finish it of with a piece of Ghirardelli dark chocolate and it my night is complete. So much yummm.

It depends on what I'm doing. If I'm about to go for a run I'll eat afterwards or at least 2 hours prior. After strength training I usually eat shortly after, and it is often high in protein.
