  • Definitely give it a try! I'm restarting Month 2 tomorrow (shifting work schedule threw me off) and so far have lost 14 lbs from it and eating better in general. Don't forget to check your measurements and record the Fit Test results, they really help motivate and show what you've accomplished! - Matt

  • I use it in my meal replacement shakes as well as cereal. I usually get the kind with extra protein and fiber (unless I pick up the dark chocolate kind). It's really good and haven't gone back to regular 1% milk since! - Matt
  • I use JayBird Bluebuds X while on the elliptical, and I run a minimum 30-40 minutes and sweat a good bit too. They are great for staying in the ears too! Little more expensive, so definitely get the warranty!

  • I love my Fitbit Flex and have only had it for a month or so. I didn't know that it automatically synced up to MyFitnessPal, which was a nice surprise. It's really great how it incorporates any exercise into your calorie allotment, so it makes sure you're actually eating enough! Definitely recommend it! - Matt
