going from insanity to t25

Hey guys, I'm wondering whether if I should switch to doing more of focus t25 rather than insanity by Shaun T. Im in pretty good physical shape as I have been doing insanity for almost 3 years now. But recently I have been very busy and insanity has just begun to get boring to me, although it is absolutely great for my workouts I seek out something different that will help me maintain my physique while offering the push that Shaun T has in insanity. I have tried p90x for a month, and love it, but I want more cardio training to keep up my endurance. So t25 has been looking very fun and interesting I would like if anyone that has done or is doing the workout could provide their input if its something I can put insanity down for. Please and thanks, Corri

    Hey Corri!

3 years with Insanity, that's great, it must have given you awesome results so far. Insanity is awesome but it can be a bit difficult for me to fit in the workouts before work, etc sometimes. I actually ordered Les Mills Combat for something a little different, and to help vent any aggression from the day. :) Some workouts are 30, some are 60 minutes, should keep it a bit varied. I've heard great things about P90X3 too since its much newer and shorter workouts than P90X.

I'm not too sure about going from Insanity to T25 though. They are shorter, but I've heard a lot of people say that T25 can almost be an intro to Insanity. Might be "too easy" especially if you've been doing Insanity for so long, or at least that's what I've been told after thinking about T25 after only one Insanity round. :)
