Insanity Month 2

Hey everyone,
I'm on my second month of Insanity, hoping it will help me break through my current weight loss plateau. I'm down from 165 to now 151 lbs and 15% body fat, but I'm still striving towards 145. The last couple weeks were disrupted a bit with work, so looking for some extra help to keep me motivated and it it.
Anyone else currently using the Insanity program? I also have Les Mills Combat and P90X3 too, might throw in a few of those workouts if I'm short on time or if I want to give the added challenge.

Just finished it buddy, the 2nd month is hard and intense so should push you through the plateau!0

It will definitely help you push through that plateau. I have 2 weeks left on my 2nd month. I have had to take the last week off though, due to getting sunburned on my feet. Took a vacation to the beach and forgot to sunblock my feet and they got TOASTED!! I can't even walk.
Month two you will be sore for about a week, I know i was. Just remember when you are tired and sore, dig deeper! just think about the results you WILL get, no pain no gain.
You got this dude. I'm starting back up again in a few days when my feet are better. I can't wait!!!
also you should check out t25 if you are short on time, 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week. It's a great workout0 -
Thanks both! Definitely month 2 is a whole different monster than the first, but it's worth it! I like the new moves, definitely steps it up a notch but keeps it from getting boring.
HJO1403 - great job! What's next in line for you?
therocpile - hope you recover quick, but I'm sure you'll kill it when you do! I was thinking about T25 for time, but I also picked up P90X3 on a friend's reference. Who knows, I do like Shaun T's motivation and might need to get that too!

Hope you are staying motivated and pressing play. I'm back in full force, got 5 days left until i complete the program and then I'm starting my second round, immediately afterwards.0
