mandy, great post. thanks for your ideas. and every one elses! i didnt give into my sweet cravings today. i did wake up very hungry tho and with a bad stomach, however i still managed 15 mins of zumba.

I have always had them on my theighs, and around my hips. they are pretty fair, but i have noticed a small one on my arm now too. i use nivea body firming lotion after I have a bath, it works after 2 weeks to decrease the sight of them, and it tones up your skin too. hope this helps x

hey, I know how this feels. I dont even use a gym anymore, cant afford it at the moment. I just go swimming and I walk everyday for at least 45 mins. i'm 5'4, and i'm around 10 stone 4 pounds right now, Most of it seems to have gone on my arms, back and bum. I dont mind my bum, my legs are quite thin but my arms always look huge in photos.
