2 turkey steaks - any ideas ?h

hey everyone,

So i bought a pack of 3 turkey steaks the other day. I ate one just pan-fried the other day with some salad and rice. Now I wanna use the other two today or one today one tomorrow, (they are thin) does anyone have any recipe ideas? preferably something quite easy cos I'm not the greatest cook in the world!

    Sear them in a medium hot pan. Remove them before they are done.
    Add some mushrooms and green onions, saute for a couple of minutes.
    Add in some marsala wine and some chicken broth, return the turkey to the pan and simmer until the turkey is done.

    Goes well with wild rice and veggies.
