Kitten? Really mfp? Lol. Okay no swearing. Sweat your butt off is what i was saying

A blast of cardio hiit training does the trick for me. Burn out all that glycogen stored in your large muscles. A good hour of sweating your *kitten* off will speed it up by a couple days. Carb cyclers do that. If i dont excercise after a cheat, it takes 4 days for me to get back into ketosis. With intense excercise, maybe…

A nice blast of hardcore cardio will get you back In the game in less than 48 hours! Cheers!

Whip up some heavy cream. Add cocoa powder and stevia. Boom! Life changing

I've been back on LCHF (after having my baby) since October 10th~ish. I've lost 16lbs and a few inches. I'm adding exercise starting today, so hopefully My losses will be around 20-25lbs by the new year!

Initial stats: SW: 173 GW: 170 Hopefully I will see more movement on scale but adding a modest loss for realistic goals. Waist: 33.5in Neck:15in Hips: 41

Sounds like your body was begging you for fat. I will straight eat coconut oil (which is delicious btw) if I ever feel like that (usually when I'm working and forget to eat for hours, doesn't happen often). Within 10 minutes my body is happy and I'm back in control. Other choices would be heavy whipping cream, avocado, or…

Look up "Stephanie person" on YouTube. She has a spunky attitude but the more I watch her the more I flipping LOVE her!! She's brilliant with keto and is a hardcore lifter/ excercise person. I am gifting myself a consultation with her for my Christmas gift this year  she rocks and will help you!

And Protien is easily converted to glucose in the liver so I think you are very intuitive in your thinking! I often go over on my protien. Got to keep it 80% fat for keto adaption!

I work for a pharmacy. I do wellness consultations and vitamin profiles with patients. Promote and market our pharmacy "wellness" services and do influenza vaccine clinics in the fall. I'm on a conference call about that right now (so early in the AM here!) im in grad school right now getting my masters in public health…

Me too!! These are the best snacks! Hard to find though where I am

I offered the pancake recipe and mousse because it's fall and we have halloween, thanksgiving, and Christmas one right after the other! As a baking fanatic...this time of year is harder than usual with all the cookies and pies being passed around  but any other time of year and I am pretty darn strict with sweets and…

Gotta love stalls. Not! If I may, I would suggest upping your fats and dropping the protien. I only say this from experience. I had a 2 week stall and after research, increased my fats and dropping Protien down a bit and boom! Stall gone
-
I do have a "plan" per-say.....but keto can be hard to get right. Ha. That's why I wanted to see others plans and stats, to gauge to my own! We're all kind of pioneering this new-old way of life together
-
That definitely sounds stressful! In the end, its whatever is working without adding extra stress to our lifestyles!

I mean I literally WORK with one. We work together. lol. Im a wellness advocate. But I plan to be off of caffiene by New years and keto adapted. Im 5 weeks in and have researched that it takes 6-12 weeks to fully adapt to ketogenesis-OR longer if you have AF or metabolic disorders. Caffeine can over work the adrenals,…

Week 2: Eliminated cheese and dairy while upping fats tremendously= 2 week stall officially broken! Water on point Carbs in check (under 20 net) Food logging mediocre excercise- too little motivation- sky high for week 3!!!

I was/am a huge baking fanatic also! the best pancake replacement (because my family has always treasured saturday morning pancakes and bacon!) flax seed meal and coconut flour mixed together with eggs, coconut milk, and baking soda and powder. To die for and less than 5 net carbs per serving. A quick google search will…

Sleep is a gift from the gods!

I'm doing kettle bell (little 10 pounder.lol) for my resistance training and Pilates. I havent noticed any ill effects from my protien percentage yet but will keep that in mind if My body starts to feel funky
-
That is an insane amount of weight to get rid of! Congrats. Any tips on how you did it are welcome!
-
Lack of Sleep and alcohol are probably your biggest culprits. If you have to sleep a lot more on weekends, then your not sleeping enough during the week. Also check your fats! If they aren't high enough on low carb, you'll go into starvation and either stall (like I did until I upped my fats again last week) or lose muscle…

Once a week. Keeps me from going crazy obsessive about something that shouldn't be number 1 on my priority list of fat loss. I did get a comment at work yesterday about my fat loss from a coworker though! Gotta love those NSV's
-
I work with a dietician and she kept trying to get me to eat bread and carbs with every meal! She didn't think keto was healthy...even though I told her I've never felt better in my life and have lost 16lbs and 3 inches off my waist in 5weeks. ( and still going!!! 26 lbs to goal weight) So I'm convinced that most…

Coconut oil straight is so delicious and almost seems sweet to me. I just take it on a spoon! Lol. Also coconut chips (no sugar added). And coconut milk (full fat can and refrigerated overnight) with cocoa powder and stevia whipped into. "Chocolate mousse" is seriously divinity in a bowl!

Add me :)

I eat breakfast as soon as possible in the day to get my metabolism going and to stimulate hormone production! Then I usually fast throughout the work day and eat the rest of my calories when I get home for dinner. ( I try to eat a small salad for "lunch" at work but am just not hungry so I end up saving it) I also usually…

I am thinking of increasing calories to in turn increase macros for body healing and hormone rebalancing due to years of metabolic disfunction and adrenal fatigue
