  • I do it every week, just love watching that number get lower and lower :) There's a scale at the gym where I live, that's also where I do all my cardio. Just looking at that scale pushes me to work harder and harder :)

  • Hi, I'm 5'2". I started at 125, now I'm at 117. My current intake is set at 1290. I run between 40 and 60min a day, and do the 30 day shred everyday, plus on Sun started with power yoga. I lost 8lbs in a month. I don't usually eat back my workout calories.
