I had it years ago. When I finally went to the doctor, it was so bad I had to have surgery. The plantar fascia was so shredded, the doctor said it looked like celery. Afterwards, I had to get an arch support. They feel funny at first, but you get used to them. Now, years later, I no longer wear the support.

I bought my scale thru amazon for $16 + free shipping. I even have a pocket size one ($3) that I have at my desk at work. I just found that I need to get a few more sets of measuring spoons and measuring cups because I use those for all the things non-scale measured. :) Love when people finally "get it"! Congrats!

I love treats! My husband and I go out to dinner quite often. Most of the time I'll choose something a little healthier, but there are times I'll go to Red Robin and get a burger that's 900 calories...and pair it with broccoli instead of fries. This will sound weird...and I didn't think it would work, but I tried it anyway. Add a teaspoon of baking soda to the water when you boil them. Since I started doing that, I've not had a single issue peeling eggs.

I've lost 15 lbs so far and I was wearing a 16 or even an 18 in some pants and a 1x in shirts. Now I wear a 16 comfortably, some are even loose, but my shirt size hasn't budged. The biggest place I see a difference is in my rings. If I shake my hand hard, my wedding ring and the pinky ring on my right hand will fly off.

I eat between 1800 and 2200 depending on the day. I've lost a few pounds but the way my clothes fit is very different, to the point that my coworkers notice. My diary is open, feel free to stalk. :)
