Ive done it a few times with results like 3-5lbs loss but it doesnt last. I switched out the ice cream for plain greek yogurt and tried to continue eating similar amounts for a few days. Not fun or worth it

It worked for me when I started, lost a good 20lbs....got married and blew back up. Overall it's been a 10 year battle (married 2) and this is my second try at seriously doing mfp. :) I've never stopped working out though so I get the frustration

OMG the price is so sexy!!!! Before paying 170$ a month for crossfit I will check if my University offers kickboxing classes (if they do HOWEVER, it wont be as accessible in the sense of distance...I can jog 10min to the crossfit place, the school course would be a good 30 min bus situation.....BUT will check into that…

im need to lose 5! hehe and fast! I know it may not be healthy (mentally) but I weigh myself every morning to get a gist of my progress and make correctiong immediatly....its the only solution I could find after losing 35 pounds with mfp and then stalling :S

Well that was a dissapointing read. Its all wrong. If you read carefully through what some of the forums are saying it says many people arent eating enough (yes it should all be good calories and include great exersize) but under eating is deffinetly not the answer. Also the article is not scientific and it is judgmental.…

HHAHAHAH!!!!! thanks! I will try harder to attain this! no more yucky snacks! I think its a cycle! If you stop working out, the bad food habits come creeping up :O when you work hard to sweat its less likely you will also have that chocolate!

Wow! I did NOT readjust my goals so I will deffinetly be doing that today!!! I AM still logging about 5 days a week but i used to be OBSESESD with logging! and I will get back to using my measuring cup! More concentration should help for sure, thank you!

Almost done! Day 54/63. I looove it. Ive never sweat so much in my life. Noweight loss but many inches lost and im suuuuper strong :D im doing T25 next.....an hour a day was alot of dedication
