I was just wondering if i can still make booty gains but w lighter weight, below 205lbs. Altho im getting stronger its kinda scary squatting so heavy lol

I train legs 2-3 days a week Im 100lbs, 5'0' i changed up my squats to 5 x 5 recently...used to do 4 x 8

Yeah i been telling myself foreverrrr to do hip thrusts but i feel so awks and intimidated to do them at the gym cus no one at my gym seems to do it. Perhaps i could get away with using those long dumbbells (i think thats what theyre called lol ) but they only go up to 100. Setting up the barbell seems challrnging.. to get…

If it is due to a weak back, what exercises would you recommend that would help support my squats? and if i need to stregebthen myback, how long should i wait before squatting heavy again?

i actually have been doing both lately! ill do like 3-4 set at my max and the last set ill drop down 20lbs and go deep, 12 reps am i incorporating it in right? or do yall think i should squat heavy one day and squat deep another

ive been squatting with barbell currently squatting 135lbs i also deadlift but with dumbbells my other glute/leg exercises are hip abductions, hyper extensions, and barbell lunges

sooo... if my goal is to build muscle on my bum and im stuck squatting the same weight for a couple weeks, does that mean i wont see much gains within those weeks?

i usually try to do 4-5 sets p.s. idk if this is relevant but my goal is pretty much geared towards booty building

i aim for 10-12 reps, but on my bad days its a real struggle pushing thru to the 10th rep while squatting 115lbs

1. nope 2. ill do like 3 sets at 115lbs, and depending on how i feel that day, i'll either increase or decrease it by 5lbs on the 4th (and sometimes 5th) sets 3. yeah i always start with squats 4. i squat 2-3 days a week thanks!

mine are also before and currently... still got some booty building to do! 1st pic- before working out 2nd- 2 months 3rd- 3.5 months

when i started working out and taking whey, i was farting like mad loool it took a month before my body got used to it at one point i was using Vega thinking a plant based protein would be easier on me but turns out pea protein not only gives me gas but gives me the worst cramps.
