I have had them. I dont feel they impacted my weight loss any they are just very comfortable shoes to stand in for long periods of time. Although one plus to the shoes is that it improved my posture.

In order to burn fat you must do cardio. The two go hand and hand. I do 25 to 30 minutes sessions 3-5 times a week depending how busy my work week is.

I'm 5'2" my current goal 130 starting weight was 194. I have loss 25 pounds so far in my journey. Hope to get to 130 and reassess then!

No the scale isnt wrong...It took me losing like 20 lb for people to notice. And still some of my co-workers and friends have not said anything to me. Hold strong !

ZIp Fiz is pretty good. It also is a natural energy drink. It is full of vitamin B, the only thing is you need to consume it within a hour or it loses all its potentcy.

You can only add calories to daily comsumption if your workout is a cardiovascular exercise for example treadmill or eliptical. If you are doing strength training for example crunchs or push ups it will not add additional calories for your consumption for the day.
