Use chocolate powder. Mix in a banana instead of strawberries, and add a little crumbled crispy bacon. Then top with warmed peanut butter...OMGoodness! ELVIS has left the building!!!

http://www.pbs.org/food/recipes/20-second-chocolate-cake/ It makes two... I skip the oil and just use my silicone baking cups. Totally does the trick for those nights when only a chocolate dessert will do!

http://www.pbs.org/food/fresh-tastes/microwave-chocolate-cake/ I make them using almond milk instead of cream and just spray my silicone baking cups with Pam, so they work out to about 100 calories each. Shhh...sometime I eat them BOTH!!! The chocolate taste is sooooo rich and it STOPS the CRAVINGS. I'd rather save 200…

I always try to snack on a carb plus protein or fat. So: Apple with string cheese (calcium) or apple with peanut butter (MUFA) or cup of yogurt with high fiber cereal mixed in. If you have lots of calories available you can have a peanut butter banana shake made with milk and ice...YUM!

ROAST THEM!!! Oh my goodness...they are sooo yummy roasted that I won't eat them any other way. Trim them and slice in half (or quarter if large) and toss with some olive oil (I like the garlic infused oil by Star) Add Salt and Pepper to taste and roast on a cookie sheet at 425-450 until the leaves get a bit brown.... they…

I altered my settings to the 40/20/40 recommendations given to me by both my dr and my trainer. I LOVE that you have the ability to modify so much on this site and really make it into THE tool for you.

My kids will eat anything in a muffin! So here's our favorite recipe which works with ALL kinds of squash! 1/2 pound peeled, seeded and cubed butternut squash- that's about a cup of cooked, pureed squash 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (I like the whole wheat pastry flour) 2 teaspoons baking powder…

How do you know if you're getting too much protein...or is there even such a thing?

I just convert my steps to miles and then record 100 calories per mile as walking leisurely (even though chasing children isn't very leisurely!) You may have to walk a mile on a track or treadmill to know how many of your steps it takes. BUT be sure to count THAT mile on MFP!

I do like them..both peanut butter versions and the chocolate chunk one too. I live in the heat, so mine are stored in the fridge and make a fast after workout snack or meal replacement. I get mine at Trader Joe's. Maybe you want to buy one of each before you commit to a whole box?
