High Calorie Snacks

Since I am eating a breakfast, lunch & dinner - what are some high calorie snacks that don't cost much in bringing my caloric intake up to 1,200 calories a day? I am working out 1 to 2 times a day burning around 400 calories each workout - any advice on some healthy snacks to up my calorie intake for the day?

    Almonts, natural peanut butter.

    I always try to snack on a carb plus protein or fat. So: Apple with string cheese (calcium) or apple with peanut butter (MUFA) or cup of yogurt with high fiber cereal mixed in. If you have lots of calories available you can have a peanut butter banana shake made with milk and ice...YUM!

    Almonds or pistachios. Slice of whole grain bread with pb or almond butter.
