Do they dry quickly once washing? Sometimes if they take too long to dry they can smell foisty. But if a hot wash isn't getting rid of it, get rid and replace them!

I'm not saying this will work but have you tried hooping? I'm not sure where abouts you are based but I managed to pick up a hoop in TK Maxx, if you are in the US there is a brand called Empower that do the hoops. I have a review on my blog http://wp.me/p3u9RH-N

I've been counting calories for 135 days now. People may think that's obsessive but I find it quick and easy to do especially with the app and it keeps me on the right track. I will continue to log until I have met my GW and then continue for a bit whilst I am on maintenance so I can get used to portion control, how much I…

Danish Back Bacon comes in at 94 calories per slice and I have found some other smoked bacon come in at less. In the UK our bacon is pretty thin. Although Turkey bacon best for calories!!

Where abouts are you based? If in the UK then I have just started to use The Protein Works Diet Whey Complex in Banana and really like it. A 2 scoop serving provides… •207 Calories •3.4g Fat (of which 1.9 Saturates) •9.3g Carbs (of which 4g sugars) •36.5g Protein If you go through on this link they will gift you with a…

There will be more added but this is just a start!

Thanks everyone! That is what I thought. Only reason I questioned it is I weighed out some pasta the other night to cook, but had some today left over so weighed that out then thought well that will have water weight so I just wanted to be perfectly clear - can reduced that on my calorie log for today then :-)

Green Tea has been known to help your body burn fat but I'm not sure whether or not that is actually fully true. I drink it because I enjoy it but prefer it with Mint. Something else, if you are not a fan, but fancy green tea in your diet is to try Matcha Green Tea but add it to smoothies or other foods? I have a recipe on…

I know this is probably a bit late but I did 50 minutes, using my heart rate monitor and burnt 433 cals (5' 4 and 62.9kg)

I just did a class yesterday! Loved it too!

The Scooby calculator allows you to select how often you work out. Try that

I know you are probably going to think I don't have time to do this, but honestly you do! I have two kids and work and I am regularly managing this Recently I've started having poached eggs in wholemeal toast, shred wheat with dried fruit, egg white omelet's, this morning I had a protein pancake with blueberries. All very…

Not sure it's exactly clean, but I melt down some cream cheese and add some pesto to it then add the pasta when i'm after a quick fix, sometimes I might add mushrooms instead. Or why not do a Ratatouille with it? How about this as a change to pasta too? http://foodandfitness.co.uk/fat-loss-friendly-spaghetti-noodles/ Also,…

http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ I use this to calculate - however if you set your settings to you being active do not eat back your exercise calories. This is what I have since heard. And I am trying this myself.

What are you having for breakfast? And why are you getting bored, do you vary it up? I find I have to have a decent breakfast and I just don't think a protein bar would cut it for me. Recently I've started having poached eggs in wholemeal toast, shred wheat with dried fruit, egg white omelet's, this morning I had a protein…

Oooh yes, didn't know that was a difference, but the FT7 shows if your work out was mainly fat burning or cardio. My overall fitness goal is fatburn so I want to ensure I am getting the maximum from my workouts, if i'm not getting a decent reading it helps me to mix it up.
-
Just to add - done it. MFP only allows you to round the figure in 5% increments so have got to as near as possible with that. Really is appreciated, might let me allow my 'better' diet now so I have the right fuel in my body for my workouts Thanks again!

Funforsports thank you so much!! That has just made me feel a hell of a lot better about my diary for today, especially as we are having pizza this evening. Just need to find how to alter those settings now! Very much appreciated! Thank you both!

My settings are 55% carbs, 30% fat and 15% protein. I've read all sorts like for fat loss there should be a breakdown of 60, 20, 20 then I read to reduce carbs etc So I'm just a little lost. What these are or why they are like that I have no idea. I have some fat to get rid of, so I definitely want to try and cut down on…

Couldn't be bothered faffing with photobucket so just gonna copy a link to the pic on Twitter https://twitter.com/Katrinadionne18/status/328442656885706752/photo/1

The price of my FT7 wasn't that much different to the FT4 so I went with that and I love it! I don't work out without it now!
-
I use FitnessBlender.com for my kettlebell workouts so I can do at home. Definitely great for fatburning! I love them!

Ah fab - there's a Protein Bar not too far from where I am so that will be good to grab something to eat on the Sunday before everyone else gets in. Can't wait!
-
Which workout's are you doing as they can vary. I tend to do kettlebell beginners. I'm 164cm / 63.1kg (138lbs - I think). For a 30-40 minute workout it can vary between 200 - 400 calories. I think if you are heavier though the calorie burn will be more. I did it last night and it said I only burnt 190 where I usually…

Thank you, yes I eat both meat and fish. I want to increase my intake of fish so that sounds good. I want to stay away from the chains too, much prefer independent run places. I keep hearing about Girl & the Goat, last time I was there we went for dinner at The Signature Room in John Hancock tower along with some New…

How do I add a pic?

I used raw coconut meat, so I had a coconut and then I grated the flesh. Although if you didn't want to do that then I am sure dessicated coconut could be used. I've not tried them that way so I'm not sure exactly how they would turn out.

Logging! It makes me accountable for what I eat and helps me to know where I can be better. I weigh everything I make and I count everything I eat, that spread of butter.... all adds up. I always try to exercise at least 3 times a week at the gym and I mix it up with a variety of classes - really loving getting into…

No problem everyone! I had one this morning as needed something to keep me going until lunchtime :-) They will definitely be regularly made here now, will try various options though.
