An absolutely charming (annoying) disc of children's songs. :noway:

eating 1500 and not taking the HCG would probably do the same thing as well.

I've not done p90x3 yet but I am in the last month of body revolution. I'm not very fit so body revolution has been pretty challenging for me. I've seen improvements in strength and fitness level so it's working for me. Mind you it might not be as much of a challenge for those who are actually fit.

HAI!:drinker:

I log coffee as coffee. (Tim Horton's extra large regular) Coffee isn't water, water is water. Mind you, I don't track my water intake at all.

I cut my own hair.

I use JM videos all the time. I've done 30 day shred, ripped in 30, body revolution and yoga meltdown so far. They're quick, easy to follow and for the most part can be fairly challenging for my fitness level. That being said, I find that with programs like 30 DS, there isn't enough variety. I get really bored - often. I…

I think I get what you're saying here...? My dinners tend to be my biggest meal so I try to plan ahead, log it ahead of time then work out my day from there, backwards if you will. I feel like if I tried logging, like, say a 5pm to 5pm 24 hour cycle that would be a headache. Whatever works for you, I guess.

In. Eating around 1800 - 2000 calories daily and losing.

It took me almost two MONTHS to actually start losing weight when I started on mfp. Stick to it, give it time (lots of time- it isn't a race) and you will start to see results. Just be patient.

I've done 30ds, I did some of ripped in 30 as well and am currently doing JM's body revolution series. I actually really like Jillian's stuff. I've actually lost most of my weight doing her workouts along with 'cardio' and yoga. They do get boring/repetitive but over all are pretty good.

Yep.. Free and easy.

I've managed to hold on for a year now! LOL There have been some weeks where I've not logged on but I haven't 'left' and hopefully I won't.

Go into your food diary, from there click settings there you will see a list of 'nutrients tracked' find the one that says sugar and select either 'none' or something more important for your personal goal/health (high cholesterol runs in my family and I've had blood tests come back with my cholesterol on the high side so I…

HAI.

In for weekly averages. That is, yeah go ahead. ETA: How did you measure your calorie burn? MFP tends to estimate burns on the very high side.

I love everything about this post.

This. All of this. I also agree trying to get in a good amount of protein too. But 'eat more' will be the most helpful thing you can do.

Salad is delicious! Also: Eat the things you want to eat. Just eat less. :drinker:

I 'hide' fruits and vegetables everywhere I can. Not because anyone in my house is terribly picky. I just have 2 little kids with very small appetites so I try to get as much good stuff into them I can. When I make pasta sauce I cook it with whatever vegetables I feel like (carrots, peppers, cauliflower, zucchini, etc..)…

Good luck! I'm terrible at logging in on the weekends! Feel free to add me if you like.

I've been at this for just over a year now and lost about 40lbs. So far my loss has been fairly slow and steady with a few week/month long stalls or even some fluctuation. I think I've hit my first real plateau. My weight has been bouncing between 160lbs and 170lbs since December. Mind you, I haven't been very strict with…

I would never be able to give up my red wine. I just make it fit, or don't. Whichever. That being said, naked grape wines tend to be a little bit lower in calories than some others. I think you can also get a brand called "skinny grape" or "skinny girl" wines. Which are advertised as lower calorie options.

This is great. I have been seeing a LOT of "I gained 3 pounds whaaa" lately I hope that you helped some people feel better about the scale.
-
With about 60lbs to lose total. It took me almost a year to lose 30 - 40lbs.

It's all about perspective. My husband will never stop bringing me home things like rich, delicious food, candy and wine. Because he knows I love these things and he loves me. He just wants me to have things that I love. I think it'd probably hurt the guys feelings if I told him not to, or threw it out. The way I see it,…
