I happens all the time. People are too lazy to eat healthy themselves and feel threatened-guilty when they see someone else who does. I always notice true friends and people who love you are happy and supportive, and may even help or join you :wink:

I used wen for a year. Definately smells great and feels wonderful. Had to quit to save some $$$ on my budget. Great for frizzy hair!! I actually love the styling creme and texture balm the most. :happy:

I like to warm up first (fast march/walk) for 5 mins, then an allover stretch (side,legs,shoulders,neck) for 10-15 mins after. Alway feel great, no soreness. :happy:

As far as the goodies go....... throw them out! That's all that works for me. I can't even have a bag of nuts in the house beacuse I will eat the WHOLE bag. If I have go get sweets for my BF I buy single serving otherwise I would eat it too! Hang in there!! :flowerforyou:
