Have a small snack in between. I find myself to get that way too so I space my days worth of calories over 6 meals eaten every 2-3 hours. There's no weight loss science to it, but it does help me not get headahces or dizzy.

I am weighing my food with scales meticulously. As you will see this isn't the first time I've lost weight, but it is the first time I've started with adding physical activity from the start. Edit to add - Maybe not my veggies, but that's pretty much it.

I also have 100 pounds to lose. I lost 40 a couple of years ago, but thanks to some thyroid issues I have since gained it back. I need support as well, people to hold me accountable. Sending friend request now.

I had bad breakfast and lunch, so it's Tuna salad with no bread, crackers, anything that has carbs basically. Maybe on a bed of spinach with tomatoes.

Replace the chips with carrots or cucmber sticks. I saw on Food Network Star the other night a girl made a slaw with avocado and something else instead of mayo. Check that out on their website maybe.

We do the GNC chocolate flavored with ice, skim milk, a banana, and 2 tbls peanut butter. It's pretty good but I hate having the extra calories and fat from the peanut butter, so I'm interested to see what others have to say as well.

I too had/have PCOS my symptoms have gotten much, much better as I have lost the weight. I am trying low carb/high protein right now to see if it kick starts my progress. I have also considered going back on the metformin to see if it helps.
