30 Day Shred Starting Monday June 20th

My sister, Mother In Law and I will be starting 30 days shred This coming Monday. If anyone wishes to join us you are welcome!
(We are inactive overweight women, so we are all starting with the lesser modified version this go round.)

Structure wise.............. I say do every move until it hurts, then do it one more time and quit. Next time try to do more.0

I am on round 2 of the shred right now, Had amazing results the first round. I definitly recommend doing it everyday for 30 days, take before and after pics and definitly take measurements. I lost 9lbs and 12.5 inchs. I started another round of it last week and Im now on L1D9. These are my before and after pics from the first round. Hopefully they'll motivate. Best of luck and happy shredding! =]

I pretty much only did the shred. Id ride my excercise bike maybe once or twice a week for a half hour and then of course i was counting calories on here, but anything extra is totally optional and up to you =]

Thanks sounds like a plan I am excited. I will be returning from a weekend vacation on Sunday. I will measure, take pictures and weigh Monday morning and start the shred!0

I'm so excited! I had such great results last time and I really need a group to help keep me motivated and hold me accountable for it. Going to try and go 30 days straight this time around! (Last time I did 4 days a week for 30 days)0

I will join in on this for sure! I did my first workout with the Shred on Friday, but only walked over the weekend. We'll call today Day 1 of the 30!0

Well I have just done the 30DS day 1, and I am dead on my feet.
But I feel good for making the effort. I am using a HRM and have burned 215cal in 28 mins.
I am off walking to the pub as soon as I have had my dinner. Which should get me some more calories burned, lol.0 -

Everyone says it's 20 mins but I've found it's right around 27-28 minutes long. I'm glad you said that! 7-8 minutes is a lot when you're working that hard, am I right?0 -

Ok..so I just found this thread after finishing day 1 of 30 DS...Needed a rest so I came on here..I think I died..LOL..That was sooooo hard.. I made it thru till the last ab move..the bicycle one and couldnt do it..I actually started gagging..I'm soooooo out of shape..Thought I was gonna pass out. But I did all of it except that and pretty much had to modify everything. Glad I got through it. Tomorrow will be a little easier I hope. How did ya"ll do with your 1st day?0

ok I'm in! I started days ago but I didn't fall off the wagon, I was "pushed" :laugh: now I need to keep this commitment and refocus! I will start today as well and will post my pain tonight ( I remember the pain :noway: )0
