So the bloodwork came back negative. After an echocardiogram which showed nothing the head of cardiology came to the ER to examine me and confirmed that my heart is inflamed but couldn’t tell if it was myocarditis or pericarditis. I’ve been ordered to rest and take extra strength Advil 3x a day for two weeks and go back if…

Hey friends. I’m at emergency. I was having chest pain and shortness of breath this past morning and I called 911 because it was so much like my first cardiac episode. My cardiac enzymes are elevated, and it appears the left half of my heart is pumping sluggishly. They took blood to check for a clot in my lungs and for…

How many 5% Challenges have you done? This is my second or third…. I started before electroconvulsive therapy so it’s a bit fuzzy if I completed the second one. What do you like to do for fun? I like to crochet, budget, organize, and create new recipes in the kitchen! I’m currently working on a baby blanket, and I am going…

I spent the day procrastinating on schoolwork by cleaning and rearranging my room. It feels much more spacious now! I just…

I went from being in excruciating 20/10 pain to now having 3/10 on a good day and 8/10 on a bad day (which rarely happens now!). All I did was as focus on strength training and when…

I don't expect overnight results; What I want is worth the effort. I want to live longer than my mom. She passed at 52 because of health reasons. She had…

I just found this thread!!! Pam, I am so happy that you found the cancer sooner rather than later and that with treatment there's a good likelihood that it won't come back!!! I'm praying for you and hope that things are going smoothly with chemo!!

November 26, 2023 - GOALS UPDATE https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10901077/missionalmans-mighty-life-mastery-myths#latest

My Mini mini goal is to weigh 318 and not jump back up into the 320s. I hit 319 then inflammation from arthritis caused me to jump to 324. Better than jumping all the way back up to 334 where I was, I guess? Next goal after that is to consistently work out every day (With the help of my trainer).

Hello all! It's been a rough week for me. Glad it's over. My dietitian ordered me to try a vegan diet. I am cutting back slowly! I've done those conqueror challenges and they're a lot of fun! I stopped doing them when my fitness tracker bit the dust.

Hey all! Been a while since I checked in. Having a pain flare this week. Too much rain and too much sugar. Going to meet with a dietitian tomorrow to talk about how diet can affect my chronic pain and fatigue. @Kurtize wow that’s a lot of steps you’ve walked!
